when she isn't standing by her kids the outfit doesn't sit well with me
the outfit fits her nice but ther is too much going on in it...Ciara has worn stuff better than this.
I hav NO IDEA wat she was thinkin when she put this on, but she had to know before she put it on that she was gunna end up on evry1'z worst dressed list.
